Ryan Hauger

Ryan has over a decade of experience working in the Vocational Truck Equipment Industry catering to large and national fleets. He has worked for a range of manufacturers including Snow & Ice Equipment, Control Systems, Measurement Components and one of the Largest Truck Body Manufacturers, Reading Truck Body. Success in these sales roles has heavily depended on savvy marketing, customer service, engineering and operations.

In his free time, you can find Ryan riding motorcycles, shooting sporting clays or sampling Whiskies at the local pub. Ryan’s vision in the recruiting industry is to find absolute top talent by using proven processes and then aligning to the criteria of clients.

Isabel Macaya-Aguero

Isabel is from Chile and is a permanent resident here in the United States where she continues her work as a translator, interpreter and research analyst. She is a graduate of ELADI and Mayor University, Chile, with formal degrees in professional translation, interpretation, as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in English. She has provided services to Embassies and companies in many sectors, including mining and truck equipment, medical products, food and agriculture, technology, environment, and education for markets in the U.S. Canada, Thailand, India, Peru, Mexico and Chile. A partial listing of clients include Portal Minero, Codelco, Duquesne Mine Supply, ARVA Industries, DFT Valves, J&J Bodies, Spuncast, Algoritmos, Canada Pork, Penn State University, Pepin Manufacturing, CAB Products, LED Lighting Company, Saskatchewan Research Council and Trade Chile. Her client diversity, cultural expertise and research experience are utilized to match the right candidate to the right position within the right company.

Craig Hauger

Craig’s extensive business experience is diverse and a valuable asset to IGS. Craig attained degrees in accounting and economics from Franklin & Marshall College. He began his career as a Senior Account for KPMG specializing in the retail and banking industries. He later assumed controller roles in accounting in the NYC garment industry and with a construction company. In 1999, he joined Riggs Industries, manufacturers of truck bodies, trailers and specialty truck equipment. His roles included management of a multi-company, multi-division IT department. Also, as General Manager and Sales Manager of two divisions, he secured business relationships in Canada, South America and China. He has since retired from Riggs Industries. Craig’s business experience plays a key role at IGS identifying best talent for our clients.
